By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Offered

The Beacon Counselling provides guidance for MBBS admissions in India and abroad, including NEET counseling, college selection, and career advisory. We do not guarantee admission to any particular institution; final decisions rest with the respective colleges/universities and regulatory authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the admission process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to misuse our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Payments & Fees

If you choose paid counseling packages, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments made are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in our refund policy.

If an admission is canceled, only 10% of the amount will be deducted, and the remaining refund balance will be credited within 7 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Beacon Counselling is not liable for any loss, rejection, or delay in admission decisions by colleges/universities. Our role is limited to guidance, documentation support, and advisory services.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Beacon Counselling. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, institutions, or partners. We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or service outcomes.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or misuse our platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, India.
